Returns and Refund

All orders are available for collection or local drop-off to your door for a fuel cost from £5-£40 for the Norteast area only. 


No Returns or Exchanges

Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our candles and bouquets, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

Damages and issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the next 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must provide a description of the damage and photographic evidence.

Bloom Candles is not responsible for parcels that are left outside in the heat, cold or rain for a long period of time.
Lost and stolen parcels
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcel. You can contact us and we will give you all the necessary information to submit a claim to your shipping provider.

Parcels returned to sender
The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery. No refund possible.


Please ensure you are happy with your order details before confirming your purchase.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order carefully at the time of collection or immediately upon drop-off.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Please provide:

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photographic evidence of the damage

This allows us to assess the issue and offer an appropriate solution.


Responsibility After Collection / Drop-Off

Once the order has been collected or dropped off at your door, responsibility for the product transfers to the customer.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Heat, cold, or weather exposure

  • Candles left outside for extended periods

  • Improper storage or handling


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Used candles

  • Custom or made-to-order items

  • Items damaged after collection or drop-off
