Return & Refund Policy
No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the handmade and personalized nature of our candles and bouquets, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.
Damages and issues
You must inspect your order upon reception and contact us within the next 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. You must provide a description of the damage and photographic evidence.
Bloom Candles is not responsible for parcels that are left outside in the heat, cold or rain for a long period of time.
Lost and stolen parcels
Once your order has been shipped, we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or stolen parcel. You can contact us and we will give you all the necessary information to submit a claim to your shipping provider.
Parcels returned to sender
The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery. No refund possible.
